Stephens Clinic of Chiropractic is a family-owned practice proudly serving the Ocala community for over 20 years. Founded by the late Dr. Gary Stephens, our clinic was built on a passion for helping people live pain-free, healthy lives—without relying on surgery or medication.

Dr. Stephens was deeply committed to treating the root causes of pain and helping patients recover from injuries, chronic conditions, and more. His legacy lives on through our team, who continue to uphold the values he brought to this practice: compassion, honesty, and personalized care.

Meet Dr. Rick!

Dr. Rick Berthiaume, DC, FICPA
Stephens Clinic of Chiropractic

With over 30 years of experience, Dr. Rick Berthiaume brings a lifetime of passion and dedication to the field of chiropractic care. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University School of Chiropractic in 1993, along with a bachelor’s degree in nutrition.
Having been under chiropractic care since childhood, Dr. Rick developed a deep appreciation for natural, preventative health—and that personal journey now fuels his commitment to helping others. His professional focus includes pediatric chiropractic care and pregnancy care, areas in which he has become highly specialized.
Dr. Rick is a distinguished Fellow of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (FICPA). He holds both a post-graduate pediatric certification and the Webster Technique certification—a chiropractic method specifically designed to support prenatal health. He was also a founding member of the International Chiropractors Association’s Council on Chiropractic Pediatrics.
At Stephens Clinic, Dr. Rick combines decades of experience, advanced training, and compassionate care to help patients of all ages live healthier, more comfortable lives.
